How the process works

1. We send you a quote for your collection. If you agree, we print and email you a prepaid shipping label.
2. You safely pack and send the collection over to us using the label.
3. We unpack and verify the collection matches what was quoted, the whole unpacking is recorded for full transparency.
4. Once verified, we send payment to any Australian bank account of your choosing within 48 hours of item arrival.

If an order is not accepted after shipment for any reason, the items will be sent back to you.
