At Quack Opens we are committed to ensuring the integrity and authenticity of every product we offer.
Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, sealed products and accessory items, and to prevent issues relating to tampering and misuse, we have a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once an order has been placed and processed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind

Dissatisfaction with pull rates

Minor variations in card condition, packaging, or manufacturer print quality

Delays caused by shipping carriers or suppliers
-
Any sealed products that has been opened or tampered with.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations prior to shipment are permitted; however, a 6% cancellation and processing fee will apply.
This fee covers merchant processing costs and administrative handling.
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED ON DELIVERY
If you receive an incorrect item or if the item arrives with significant or heavy damage sustained during shipment, or an accessory item with a manufacturing defect which impacts functionality, please contact us at info@quackopens.com.au within 48 hours of delivery of receiving your order and provide the following to assist us in assessing the issue:

Clear photographs of external packaging

Clear photographs of the product damage

Your order number and date of delivery
We will review the case and, if eligible, remedies may include a replacement, partial refund, store credit or other reasonable solutions at our discretion in accordance with ACL obligations.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misdeliviered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact us promptly. We will open an investigation with the courier which can take up to 14 business days.

If the courier confirms the package as lost, we will provide a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.

Quack Opens reserves the right to decline claims if evidence is insufficient, if the notification period has passed, or if the product meets our condition standards.
PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 businuess days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
SEALED PRODUCT POLICY

All factory-sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc) are sold as-is and are non-returnable once opened.

We cannot guarantee the quality, condition, or contents of factory-sealed products, as they are packaged by the manufacturer. Outer packaging may exhibit minor imperfections such as slight dents, corner wear, or minor cosmetic marks which are considered normal within industry standards and do not qualify as damage.
SINGLE CARDS & GRADED CARDS POLICY

All sales of single cards and graded cards are final. Due to the nature of collectible card values fluctuating, we do not accept returns or exchanges for single or graded cards for condition disputes, grading disagreements, or buyer's remorse.

All cards are inspected to ensure authenticity and accurately described to the best of our ability before listing for sale.

Graded cards are assessed and encapsulated by third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC etc). The assigned grade is final and reflects the professional assessment of that grading service. As grading is performed entirely by these third-party organisation, we do not accept responsibility for the accuracy, consistency or subjectivity of their grading results, including any perceived discrepancies or disagreements with the assigned grade.
ACCESSORY ITEMS POLICY

Accessories may include, but are not limited to card sleeves, binders, toploaders, storage boxes, deck protectors, and display stands.

Accessory items may feature minor manufacturing variations, small cosmetic imperfections or packaging marks that do not affect function or usability. These are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

For hygiene, handling and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any accessories that have been opened, unsealed or used.
LEGAL NOTICE
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will comply with all statutory guarantees applicable to defective goods as required by law.
